Berkeley Gardener
I know how difficult having adult ADHD can be. Like 8 million other Americans, I have ADHD too.
I’ve worked with students with ADHD for more than 25 years, and have developed proven frameworks to help ADHD-ers identify their strengths, and craft strategies to manage challenges like timeblindness and executive dysfunction, all while living their best lives.
I know firsthand how it feels - the good and the bad - and by working WITH how your brain works, instead of against it, ADHD can be your superpower.
From my personal experience with ADHD, parenting a son with it, and working for decades with students and adults with ADHD, I understand it from many perspectives. Working with individuals with ADHD is my jam, my passion, and my privilege.
Whether you’re looking for 1:1 support or are interested in joining one of my group programs, I’m here to help
1:1 Coaching
Sometimes 1:1 support is what you or your college student needs in order to navigate and juggle the demands of college life.
In these 1:1 sessions, we’ll talk through the challenges you’re facing and create sustainable ways to manage your time, keep up with assignments, stop procrastinating, and live authentically (and happily) with your ADHD.
"I was new to ADHD Coaching and didn't know what to expect. I didn't realize how much having a coach would transform my ability to manage my time, tackle projects at work that I had been avoiding, and keep up with my keys, cell phone, and other things. Berkeley's help has been life changing." -M.L.
